You pay for the checks performed during verifications, with no subscription and no minimum. The public prices are listed below, and Sandbox is free.

Every month, once Live is activated. Beyond that, each check is billed at the public price.

What can be billed
Each app chooses its steps in its eKYC profile. Only checks from this menu are billed.
Public prices for the Live environment, per billed check. Prices are set in MRU; USD, XOF and EUR prices are derived from them and rounded.

Your dashboard is authoritative
This page shows the public list. An organization can have its own agreed prices: the prices and the free verifications left this month that apply to your organization are always the ones shown in the dashboard (Settings → Billing).
Phone code prices
The price of a phone code depends on the destination country and the channel (SMS or WhatsApp), because delivery costs differ a lot between countries and between the two channels. Every destination and channel falls in one band.

- Every successful send is billed, resends included. Verifying the code is not billed separately.
- The same country can be in different bands for SMS and WhatsApp: outside Mauritania, WhatsApp is usually the cheaper channel. SMS and WhatsApp to Mauritanian numbers are both Standard.
- For a few territories there is no SMS route: only WhatsApp is offered there. An SMS request to such a number is rejected and not billed.
- A number whose country cannot be identified is refused and not billed.
- Inside a free verification session, Standard-band sends are free; P1, P2 and P3 sends are always billed.

Read the documentation500 free verifications per month
Once your organization has activated Live from the dashboard (after completing the onboarding checklist), your first 500 verification sessions each calendar month, in your organization’s time zone, are free.
- A session becomes one of your free verifications when its first billed check runs. Every check in a free session is free, retries included, except the checks that are always billed.
- A session that never runs a billed check uses none of your free verifications. A session counts in the month it was created.
- After 500, sessions are billed per check at the prices above. Free checks still appear on your invoice, at 0.
- Unused free verifications do not carry over. The dashboard shows how many are left this month.

How usage is counted
A billable check is not a verified person. One session can count several checks, and a completed session is not necessarily approved.

What counts as a billed check
A check is billed when it actually ran, whatever its verdict: a rejection is a result. It is not billed when it could not run, on our side or because of the input.

How do I track my usage?
In the dashboard, the “Usage” page shows billable checks by month and check type, filterable by app, with links to your invoices.
Is Sandbox billed?
No. Sandbox checks (sk_test_… keys, the test environment) are always free.
Is a check that doesn’t complete counted?
A check is billed when it actually ran, whatever its verdict. It is not billed when it could not run, on our side or because of the input: see “What counts as a billed check” for the details.
Which currency am I billed in?
Your organization is billed in the currency it chose at signup. Prices are set in MRU (Mauritanian ouguiya); USD, XOF and EUR prices are derived from them and rounded.
